"Well, after reading some of the reviews before I wrote this, I see that I am not the only one struggling with Fred loya taking money out of our bank account without permission. I also wish that there was an option for zero stars as is. One star seems way too much for this company. I'm in the process of trying to get my $190 that they stole from me back. Companies seem to do a lot of stuff these days. That's wrong but this company takes the cake. It's hard to believe we live in a day and age where these corporations can literally still money from you and there's no accountability held. All I can say is shame on you. Fred loya there will come a day that all involved with this type of theft will be held accountable"

"If I could give no stars I would. The people there are rude and don’t care about their customers! I’ve called multiple times and every time I was hung up on. Elizabeth and Marissa is the names I can remember that hung up on me. So I had to drive to this location on seminary to talk to someone about my policy and I spoke to ms. Carbajal which was no help. I told her my frustration and why I was there and she did/said nothing to help my situation. Talked to me like she wanted me out ASAP. Changing insurance ASAP. Why do I need a insurance who I can’t communicate to when I need it the most?"
