"0/5 really. I showed up for my appointment with 2 sick children and was turned away because I needed to use a check to pay the copay. I didn’t see a single sign about not accepting check, as well as the website claiming you do. I was told I could come back with a card or cash. Both my children had fevers and felt like garbage just to be turned away. So disappointing."
"We were visiting from Texas and needed to see a Dr. We found Physicians Immediate Care and Dr Anthony was great. From the front desk clerk, to the nurse and Dr i was very pleased with the great care my daughter was given. Everyone was so polite and caring."
"This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had going to Urgent care. I have used physician’s immediate care many times before this with no issue. Apparently there was a change in ownership. I had a 3:40 appointment. When I arrived I was told they were running an hour behind. Though frustrating, I chose to wait. Around 4:45 they bring us back to a room and swab my daughter’s throat for strep. We then wait more than another hour on a telehealth provider to actually talk with us. This is a total scam and waste of time. The staff at the faculty are kind and trying to be helpful. They are not the issue. The parent company needs to hire a provider. It is absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time. I guess I should have just taken her to the ER for a stupid strep test. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time coming here."
"We are from out of state and were visiting family for Thanksgiving. 3 year old came down with a cold and was complaining of ears hurting so we wanted to get him in to be seen by someone in case he had an ear infection. He did. Everyone at Physicians Immediate Care, from reception, nurse, and doctor were very nice. Whole process went very smooth. Was easy to check-in online, and register on phone ahead of time."
"I had a very good experience at immediate care. The people that work there are awesome. Michelle was my nurse practitioner. I loved her. Awesome bedside manner. She was very caring and took the time to sit and listen and talk to me. I would definitely go back there again."
