"The people there sounded nice on the phone but I don't like they didn't keep their promises. When my car was towed to the shop, I would like to have it fix there and asking for an estimate cost, the person said he would call me in the afternoon and I could decide. But he never called. I had to call him to get the answer on the next day. I mean, he kept the car for extra day, but they still charged me the extra day for storage, which shouldn't be. It is only $45, not a big deal, but I'd rather he told me that he might need an extra day at least. When I called again, the receptionist said she would have the person called me, again, never."
