"Kadie was an excellent teacher-great to explain a pose! She was enthusiastic and made me want to really strive to do my best. The only thing is it was a bit crowded and the limited space didn't allow for some poses. Maybe limit class size? But all in all it was a great place, great participants, and a great class!!!"
"My daughter and I visited Tribute Power Yoga during Mother/Daughter weekend for her sorority. The building is quaint, has all the supplies needed for a refreshing yoga session! Our instructor was super knowledgeable, gave awesome modifications, and had such a calming demeanor. The lavender towel at the end made the whole experience amazing! We will definitely visit again!"

The instructor was awesome, the flow was the perfect combination of strength and movement, and the heat made it a great sweat.
