"Over charged me by 30%. Took me calling them months later for them to catch their own mistake, cause god forbid they do the right thing and reach out themselves. Admitted to overcharging me, refusing to refund me (American cheques are not valid here!). Said would look into the matter and call back. Now over a week later refusing to take my calls or return my calls. I’ve left numerous messages, always giving a couple days in between to get to it and handle the matter. So I guess I’ll attempt to get their attention another way."
