"This is the prenatal care I have been looking for! What a great staff! Very kind and understanding. When FHN Freeport, I.L. turned me away for a policy issue, these amazing people took me in with a warm welcome. Thank you for the prenatal and baby delivery care! You are awesome! I love the emphasis on a safe and common-sense approach to baby care program instead of the "We won't help you unless you do everything we say" approach, with the extra emphasis on abortion that Freeport has."
"There is a reason all the doctors are running far and fast. Plaza is a good way to describe this place. Wide open and finding any customer service at this place is impossible. Doctors reception and billing are the worst. I called to pay my bill and they transferred me 4 times. The fourth girl says to please hold. 25 minutes later I hang up and call back only to find out they put me on hold to leave for the day! I left a message to have someone call me back and they didn't do that either. There's a shocker. The good news is with all the doctors leaving they might be qualified to open a multi level skate park at some point."
"They have AGAIN changed the policy for being seen. I have an extremely frail mother they expected to walk all over the place when they could see she wasn't well at all. The receptionist for Dr. Barakat and Dr. Both were more concerned about how I got in than the wellness of my mother. It was Dr. Manning that let me in! So even their Doctors have more concern than the lazy receptionists. They were very rude, and disrespectful. Can this clinic really afford to lose more clients? I guess the receptionist being right is better than customers."
