"Although DR JJ Saenz and his now children are in my opinion the best pediatricians out there, their front office receptionist Ana is not. She is rude, no people skills and wont even look up to acknowledge you. You literally have to address her first before she says a word. I would have given them 5 stars but she makes this experience the worst."

She is very kind, knowledgeable, helpful, always listens, explains herself well, isn’t in a rush, answers all our questions as best as she can. We are new parents and need all the help we can get. My prior doctor in chicago was also the best for my kids. Now that I have moved and was able to find Dr. Saenz i will be staying with her , she cares for your child and also your concerns has a parent you want to be heard.
