He is excellent at catering a workout for specific body; changing up routines, variations, even hand grips to maximize my personal workout to work through age related injuries and chronic conditions. "I've been training with Zac since 2018. My goals then were simply to gain some confidence in the gym as well as some basic knowledge in my health and fitness journey.
