"We went swimming here last week. They got us out of the water 15 minutes early because the lifeguards wanted to get in and swim. Today we got to the pool at 6:20 PM and they had already closed the front desk. The hours of operation are not being followed by staff."
"We were there for 10 mins and my daughter was bullied and told she was ugly by 4 big girls that was 2 and 3 time her size. Staff could only say that they were sorry. This pool is going to go to hell real fast if something isn't done. I knew that the city spent money for nothing on that location!"
"The park was clean and has a decent layout. However, the lifeguards were more concerned with eating and talking. There were at least 2 food runs during the 2 hours and 45 minutes we were there. I say 2 hours and 45 minutes, because 15 till 3:00 they blew the whistle to leave. I felt like we should have all the time we paid for. Yes, even the 15 minutes. There were only 4 families there because it was overcast and cold day that should have at least been canceled during the first session and rainchecked. We will keep going to the Canyon Water Park where the lifeguards are in shape (could possibly save a life) and are serious about doing their job."
"They just built this pool last year and it’s nice and new. One pool has a nice Area that’s very shallow for little kids. The shallow end only goes up to a little over 2 feet. The “deep end“ is under 5 feet. There’s two basketball hoops and a volleyball net in the deep end. The lazy river is a separate pool and is very nice and the kids loved the slide. I have been here a few times and it was not overcrowded. If you go during the week from noon to three it’s less crowded. This is coming from someone who doesn’t even have children! I just go with friends. I was surprised at how many lifeguards they have also. There are lounge chairs that are in the water and there are lounge chairs with umbrellas. This is a very pleasant public pool."
