"Extreme lack of professional demeanor. Never can seem to speak with anyone, they are either out to lunch or not at work. When someone is at work, they are not able to help and will refer you to another campus. If you or not going to do your job, get out of the way."
"If they don't help veterans to get back in school, don't expect nothing from them. My Fiancee is Veteran and he was trying to get enrolled, he went there and meet up with this person who gave him is number to do everything thru the phone. My Fiance called them countless times and still haven't got a call from them since last year."
"I'm furious. I've been trying to meet with a counselor for forever now. My work schedule wont allow the time to call or go to a campus. I got an early out today And the one time I actually made it on time they wouldnt let meet with them. Said I HAD to make an appt. As a person who has been trying to get back in to school I'm extremely frustrated. The front desk clerk has been way more helpful than the front desk staff for the counselors."
"I'm more of a people person so I go where there is lots of other student. The Elgin campus is more chill."
