"The doctor. He is an excellent doctor, there is no doubt about that. But the nurse is a completely different situation, rude, false, hypocritical, disrespectful and what follows. Unprofessional, at first a lot of attention and care and once you pay them they transform into completely different people. It seems that the only thing they care about is money and once you give it to them they don't take care of you in the same way. I do not recommend this place if you care about your children."

"Dr. Faz and all there always go above and beyond for my kids. The reception always communicate with me very well. Dr. Faz always explains everything to me very well and is not afraid to reach out to other doctors for their opinions. He isn't afraid to say this is beyond my knowledge and I need to send you to a specialist. My kids have chronic health conditions and my only wish is that I knew of him and his staff since the day my first was born"

"I love Dr. Faz (and I would give 5 stars) but his receptionist and nurses are not the friendliest. It seems as they are always in a bad mood and talk to you really ugly. They are the only reason we haven't gone back. Dr. Faz is such a good doctor and explains everything in detail."

"I don't even know how to start this Review other than to say that in Dr. Faz's clinic, who, by the way, was never seen, not because he didn't let me show up sometime with his new patients, my children... Well... Having come here It was the worst mistake of my life. As drastic and dramatic as it sounds, that's how it is and that's how my experience was. The fatal, fatal, fatal staff. They were never able to make a good appointment for me. They always confused the hours, the days and sometimes I went to an appointment and it turns out that they didn't even put me on their agenda. They always have bad faces towards my children and how I would like them to really read Frontera Pediátrics what they did to my family. I usually do not resort to giving my opinion in such a way but if you are reading this, it is better to go to another pediatrician and avoid the great pain, avoid the deficiency and incompetence and lack of respect. I fall short in expressing what I have to express and never in my 5 years of being a mother have I gone through such a bad experience as what they have put me through. It's honestly shameful and aberrant. Of all the 10 secretaries, none of them knew how to take care of my children's medical needs because they don't care about their job, much less care about the children's health or situations. Never again rude, deficient, unprofessional and in the end INHUMAN!!!! They don't deserve any stars."
