"Currently at a loss with this company. Communication is horrific. I started stacking extra charges that they themselves cannot tell me what there're for. Ive made several payments three times over the regular payment. While trying to work with them to figure out what's is going on they raised my interest rate to 17.75% No letters no phone calls. I've been reaching out to them since September 2023 no one ever returns my phone calls. Im at a total loss and thinking about getting a lawyer Today I have three different statements all have different figures and amounts I was hung up on today mid sentence Thinking they are trying to scam me out of my home"

"My property tax loan was sold to this company this year. They are very very slow in responding to any email sent to them. In addition they add in additional charges for not providing home owners insurance for the 10k they have invested. They billed me for an annual insurance to cover what they have invested which is fine and I paid the one time charge. Now they have raised my interest rate from 10.9% to 17% saying they can cause it’s default without providing the insurance however they provided it and I paid for it. From my last statement to my new statement $140 of charges listed under “other charges” showed up. I sent an email inquiring and got no answer other than just because they provided insurance doesn’t mean it isn’t default. Again terrible communication from this company, they should be able to tell me what this is. I would recommend staying far away from this company, I didn’t seek them out for service but unfortunately I have to deal with this company."
