"Customer service was bad: I was told I would need to create an account with them just to cash my check. I didn’t want to do that. And looking back maybe if the lady was nicer about it. I probably would’ve a created account. The lady’s demeanor was cold and I felt like I was being treated as if I was trying to do something fraudulent. Her attitude made me not want to do business with Ace. Will not be returning under any circumstances. PLS Check Cashers on w w white by the H-E-B was better option. They went above and beyond for me and I had my check cashing needs met there."
