"I’ve gone to 2 Ace locations sent my information to someone named D Valle who is not sending my information to the receptionist for them to make a decision on a loan. Can’t even start the process. I send it to him and I wait 30-45 minutes and he doesn’t even send an email to them for them to make a decision on whether I should get a loan or not. This happened twice. An hour and a half of my life I’ll never get back. If I could leave zero stars for literally wasting my time I would. Horrible service!"
