About the Business
Metro Theater Company is a professional theater institution located at 3311 Washington Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri. Led by Jacqueline, the company is dedicated to youth-focused theater and creating meaningful community connections. Unfortunately, the spring production of A Year with Frog and Toad has been cancelled, but tickets for the 2024-2025 season will be on sale soon.
The mission of Metro Theater Company is to create professional theater inspired by the intelligence and emotional wisdom of young people, fostering inclusive community and meaningful learning through the arts. The vision is to envision a strong, vibrant, and diverse St. Louis where every person is valued and respected.
Acknowledging the traditional homelands of the Osage Nation, Missouria, and Illini Confederacy, Metro Theater Company pays respect to elders past and present. They also partner with the Kathryn M. Buder Center for American Indian Studies at Washington University in St. Louis to provide resources about the land on which they stand.
