"Everything about Walgreens is an absolute joke from getting them to actually fill the prescription to the wait times of picking it up! Literally every single experience I’ve had with them there is an issue. Will never give them the benefit of the doubt again!"

"The two young girls that work in the pharmacy are the most rude people I have ever met. I waited on line for 10-15 minutes they saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me. Just kept walking around their little pharmacy area. Then a white person comes behind me and waited for less than a minute and they tell her “we will be right with you ma’am”. Seems pretty racist to me. I have worked customer service since 2017 and in healthcare and I don’t ever treat clients like that. They had a car in the drive thru waiting more than I was in line inside. These are the most unprofessional ladies and should not be working in healthcare or customer service."

"Throughout the times I’ve been there, my experiences have been good.. but tonight, I just felt like I had time to express these concerns. Starting with the cashier.. the greeting was for sure a sign of a bad experience. The phone not next to drive up works fine, can hear but the one in front of the window has a volume issues or faulty connection. Either way it was hard to hear. The only way for me to understand was to read her lips but with such attitude shown on her face, I just tilt my head to better understand. Not only did I continue to be nice throughout the interaction but the pharmacist came on the line with such aggression while explaining the conditions of medication as it was hard to hear as well. At that point my smile turned into a concern and as I grab my items you can tell the conversation was about this interaction. Laughing about a customer who cannot hear you due to the speaker box raises concerns. Imagine having a hearing impairment and someone gives you attitude with aggression during your visit? Not sure if they’re having a bad day or that’s how you are in general, but you CHOOSE to work in this field with customers. I do hope tomorrow is a better day for you ladies! Update: looking at these reviews, I would’ve thought the regional manager would get involve by now and on the road for improvements. I HOGHLY recommend!!"

"The worst pharmacy ever. They have lost my prescription multiple times and when they do have it, never have it ready in a timely manner. 2 days is unacceptable. Their lack of communication is astonishing and the staff is not friendly at all."

"I didn’t think that a Walgreens pharmacy could be worst than the Vintage Park location that used to be near me. Well, this one is worse. They never have medication available and they have horrible attitudes. I got a notification that my medication sent in from my Dr. was delayed. It said the same thing the next day. I called and the lady say’s I’m showing that it will be ready in 20 minutes. I said it says that it’s delayed. She says no ma’am it will be ready in 20 minutes. I’m clearly looking at the status that says delayed and I took a screenshot. They are seriously off."
