"Typical Target. Not bad at all. The Starbucks in the Target is horrible though. I felt so uncomfortable when I was trying to order my coffee and the barista was to busy criticizing how I was ordering my coffee and trying to argue with me on what I wanted. It seemed to bother her that I would not argue. Very uncomfortable. I almost walked out if it wasn’t for my wife lol. Won’t be going back however."
"Staff is rude the customer service lady told me I wasn’t allowed to do an exchange. Then told me she would have to add it to a gift card even though all I needed was a size down. I went to the Starbucks and ordered a venti water with two scoops of strawberry. He told me he couldn’t give me a venti water with strawberry even though I was paying for it. Then told me he would do it just this once I don’t understand them.."
"I went there yesterday and no one greeted or smiled back at me. I asked for help and they didn’t speak to me they just walked me to what I was looking for. I know it’s just a store but feeling like I’m a bother to someone makes you feel bad. And when I asked for help at check out they came and said told me that they will be back. They did come back but after 15 minutes. The store is really nice and kept clean. Just did not feel welcomed."
"This Target seems a little smaller than some of the surrounding ones. Since it's newly opened, it still looks clean and maintained fairly well (11/2023). The shelves seemed to be stocked well with not too many items in the wrong place. We traveled the whole store without a single employee greeting us or asking if we needed any help. The store wasn't very crowded even though the parking lot was full. The Starbucks within the Target was fast and made all our drinks just right, so that will help inspire us to go back again sometime in the future."
