"I've been a customer here for 25 years. Generally, I've had a good experience with the vets. They have taken good care of my dogs over the years. For that I'm grateful. On Friday, I brought my pup in for a nail trim. I've always been told I don't need an appointment. After waiting 25 minutes I asked how long it will be. I was told now that I need to make an appointment. Okay, no problem. They took my dog and cut her nails. $40. For a nail trim. It used to be $10. Then on the way home she bled all over my car seat. Sorry, Kim and Larry, were done."

"Whitney was so helpful and sweet when I called this morning to get my kitten in for his first check up before his neuter. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was very kind when I expressed my concern about giving him vaccines so early, assuring me I would have a chance to talk it over with the vet first. She also squeezed me in the same day, which was so convenient. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience so far and will be switching my other pets over to Marina Bay as well!"
