"Great experience and stay here. Payton and Nate were very helpful in bringing me toiletries when luggage was left at airport. Very clean and comfortable sleep as well. I recommend staying here if you have the opportunity."
"Bad smell in the rooms, the front desk personnel don't give a hoot, very, very unfriendly, They chat among themselves and ignore you completely. They will watch you struggle with your luggage and just look the other way, won't even direct you to where the elevator is, no one cares, the guest is basically on their own, I asked to change the room because of a bad smell, but the second room was just the same, so I just gave up and tried to stay the night. The food at the restaurant was decent . I would never book this hotel again."
"Was thoroughly impressed by the staff and cleanliness. Got a basic 1 king bedroom, and it came with a little living. Worked out perfect for our family of 4, since our little one slept in the bed with us and our teenager took the couch. They also offer shuttles to and from the airport."
"Very nice stay. My only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to control the temp in my room. My room did have an amazing view of the airport. The guy who drove me to the airport was extremely nice too. 9/10 all around. Will stay again."
"This hotel is middle-of-the road for a Sheraton. A renovated common area adds to the aesthetic. Breakfast buffet isn't anything special, but it's consistent. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The dining area is spacious and airy. There are two private work areas that are a boon if you need to hop onto a work meeting in a pinch. Add to all of this, if you need to pass through O'Hare airport, this a great location. The O'Hare multi modal facility is a 5 minute walk, and the hotel does have an airport shuttle."
