"Stayed here for a couple of hrs due to missing the connecting flight. American Airlines paid for it. It was really good, many travelers at the same time and the person at the front desk kept its cool even as it said on the ID tag “trainee”, I would have been overwhelmed. All very smooth.."

"We arrived from airport after 11 hrs delayed flight with short connection- asking us to check in since we have only 1 hour to spend here to recharge. The receptionist was indifferent to our situation and told she is “running a report” and while she is running a report she could not check us in or “do anything”. And we have to wait 20 minutes. A 20 minutes out of our only one hour to rest. P.S. She brought a key within 10 min - with cold face and not apologizing for the wait whatsoever."

"American put me up here after a delay and I was pleasantly surprised! Clean and comfortable rooms, convenient shuttle to airport every 30 min and great restaurant in hotel."

"I stayed at this hotel and I was very disappointed. I had a free stay because United had " a controllable issue" and put me here, so no complaints there. Just when I was here the carpet was dirty room had a dirty odor and just felt like the bare minimum. Carpet is tearing them you get new carpet. TV was small and bed still has springs and felt very cheap."

"We have used this hotel for parking many times while flying out of O’Hare. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The shuttle is convenient and drops you off right at the terminal. Pick up is just as easy upon returning from a trip. It’s worth not having to deal with the airport traffic. We will continue to use this hotel for parking while flying!"
