"My husband and I came into the store for a last minute mattress purchase and David really came through for us! We had pretty specific needs as we didn't have a ton of space in our vehicle. Right off the bat he begins showing us mattresses that come rolled and could fit in our compact car. He was very detailed and led us through everything including a mattress protector. When I asked about wedge pillows, as I need to sleep on a slight incline, he gave me an amazing alternative Zero brand pillow that I love. No more leaning tower of pillows for me! Thanks David!!"

"Bought mattress based on how they feel in store, Got said mattress and slept on it for their required 60 nights. Went to return mattress because it feels nothing like what I laid on in store and was told there are no returns. Would have been useful information to know before purchasing. Only one exchange is allowed but how am I supposed to make a decision on what one to get if they don't feel like what is in the show floor. For the record we didn't just get any old cheap mattress, we spend over $2400 and now were stuck with it. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Mattress firm right next door has a better policy than this."
