"Never in my entire life have I had a worse shopping experience. I made an offer on USED equipment that he had out in his outdoor lot and Scott got IRATE with me over it. I even said that I wasn't trying to insult him and he did not calm down, and continued to yell at me. The way his personality changed on a dime was more than alarming. Then, as we're walking thru his creepy storage room, he shut the light off on me and left me in complete darkness. At that point, I began to feel as though my physical safety was in jeopardy. I would not recommend this place to anyone, but especially not to a woman shopping alone. In response to your response - all you had to say to me was that your prices were firm. Instead, you chose to yell at me even after I tried to de-escalate by telling you I wasn't trying to offend you. I don't know if you were having a bad day or what, but like I said, I have never had a worse shopping experience in my entire life and you made me feel unsafe."
