"Over month ago went to Chesterfield bought a expensive mattress. Told 2 weeks for delivery. Over a month goes by now and no mattress. Husband calls several times to Chesterfield through the three weeks and ends up having to call the St. Charles store, because the Chesterfield store is not picking up the phone. I finally get a hold of the Chesterfield store and was told that it's going to be another 4-6 weeks. If I has been advised of this, when I bought the mattress I would of went somewhere else."
"I visited many stores before I showed up to Chesterfield Mattress Direct. I walk in and was immediately greeted by Zac, who was a very friendly easy going person who did not pressure you to buy, or bothered while you shopped but was ready to answer any questions I had. It took me three trips to the store to decide, each trip was very pleasant experince. He explained the different mattress types that would work best for side sleepers, what you look for in a pillow and how important the base is to a new bed. He explained MD was a local family owned company who been in business for many years. He reviewed all the warranty information for Serta and MD which is good to know. Overall, it was a very informative and pleasant visit to the store, if your looking for a mattress you should stop by the store and talk to Zac. Thank you for awesome experience."
"Zac was extremely helpful and friendly during our entire experience. We had a lot of questions and came back multiple times before purchasing but he welcomed us back each time and thoroughly explained any and all questions we had. Always available to help but never pushy at all. We stopped by a different matress direct that was closer to our house but that location lacked the customer service of Zac so we left and drove further out to chesterfield to deal with him! We will be recommending this location to our family and friends. Thank you!!"
