"The people are nice but I haven’t had a good experience here. I feel like I always put up my card and I’m ignored people get help before me when I’ve been waiting longer bc worker are on their phones and not paying attention to the entire room. One time I went and they couldn’t help me at all I was there for one hour. Overall if you’re struggling with math I’d recommend going to office hours not here. You’ll be in here for a hour and two and maybe get help Once or twice depending on who’s working that day and how much their paying attention and how busy it is. I have a exam today I went in a hour and half before class I was sitting with my card up for almost 30 minutes no one helped me and multiple people got help multiple times before me when I had my card up first, its like they did even look at my side of the room, i just left that was wasted time. I hope you guys work on scanning the room better and being fair. Someone who just walked in, shouldn’t be getting help before the person who was waiting for 25 minutes with their card up."
