"Front lobby is very inviting! The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful!! The room is very clean. The bathroom could use being a bit bigger. Multiple ballroom's for events and gatherings! Gym is hidden, though has a fair amount of barbells."
"Hotel is too hoity toity to be comfortable. If you park behind it at night and need to use the restroom. Goodluck. Because they lock all doors in that lot and no little box to scan your room key to be let in. So you have to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel. To get in. All that square footage and class but they make you walk all the way around the hotel at night in the cold etc. Simply because they refuse to put a key card box on the parking lot doors. Also no guest coin op laundry. And no laundromat walking distance it's a minimum 10 minute uber. Nearest convenience store is not walking distance. Stay elsewhere with at least guest laundry. Like I said, it's entirely too fancy to be comfortable and convenient."
"Service is good, rooms are clean. Free outdoor parking. $50 deposit. Breakfast is about $15 a person. It appears to be fresh but doesn't taste that good tbh. You cannot freely obtain drinks, you have to have a waiter give them to you. The main downside is that the walls seem to be paper thin. You can hear other rooms very loudly. Additionally, the bedding is not that comfortable. The blanket is extremely thin. Overall, 4/5."
"Rooms need updated badly. The furniture chipped and water spots. The bathrooms super small and the rooms with a shower only have mild dew tiles, one room had broken tiles on shower floor. We were moved to 4 different rooms. We received 2 free breakfast for our troubles. Excellent breakfast and waiters were outstanding! Overall staff was very kind and went out of their way to offer Starbucks coffee. I just feel rooms could be cleaner."
"Everyone from the shuttle drivers, front desk, servers in the hotel restaurant, cleaning staff, and the coffee bar were great people! I gave three stars because the room is a little dated and the restroom is rather small. Overall, the service I had was top-notch. The location is good, and the restaurant City Works is a great place for small bits and drinks. I did a bit of shopping, and Orlando was our shuttle service driver. Shout out to Deana at the front desk, too. Next trip to Chicago, we will definitely stay here. Thanks for a great first visit."
