"The pool and hot tub were closed when we arrived. There was no mention of it when we called for reservations. The bathroom was so small in our room, we had to stand in the shower or straddle the toilet to get the bathroom door closed! The beds were not very comfortable, and the pillow had a tear in it and stuffing was coming out. The man at the counter at check in was very hard to understand due to his thick accent. I will not be staying here again and I would not recommend unless nothing else in the area is available."
"I would not stay here, weird smells, construction until the middle of the night. The only nice thing was the shower and bathroom sink area."
"There are clearly renovations happening, which is fine. However, even with renovations, our room had major issues. The air conditioning didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't shut as it was too big for the frame, the bathroom was so small it was barely functional, there was hair and dust all over the place, and the beds felt almost rock solid. Definitely not worth the price. It was super difficult to ask for toiletries or towels as I rarely saw any staff. However, when I did see staff they were usually friendly."
"June 2023 be prepared the entire place is under construction. Loud construction that starts promptly at 8am. Service was not good. We checked in and went to our room - it was not cleaned yet but the friendly housekeeping staff saw us in the hallway and called the front desk and started to clean our room. The front desk worker came to us and said “sorry about that, but I let you check in 15 min early so really you should be happy about that” or something along those lines. When we called about the construction noise wondering if they could do work that wasn’t sawing right next to us for a bit, we got another rude response. The WiFi is EXTREMELY slow. We tried to work in the hotel room and weren’t able to because of the terrible connection. The room itself was alright. I imagine after the facelift construction the building will seem nice enough too."
