"Very poor rooms were dirty, tv was not working, no hot water, service unacceptable, as we're the tenant's staying long term, Much drug use as well as dealer living on sight long term, would not recommend especially if you have children"

"Well worn. A few long term residents. Whom ever said this place was recently updated on the interior has a different interpretation of recent. Shades are torn and has holes. The tile in the bathroom is a quilt work of at least three different repairs. The bathroom floor is dirty. The toilet seat is damaged."

"Everywhere else was booked and we were attending a wedding nearby. The inside was better than it looks on the outside. They seem to be in the middle of renovations. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Probably because there weren't many people staying there."

"Very Excellent. A+ I believe the room rate was about $80 a night plus tax. There's not a lot of choices in this area. This is a no-frills motel, however very clean and the owners are very particular. One thing I noticed right away is that the linens are very fresh and very Nice clean smelling. the four pillows on my bed I would compare any five star hotel. The room gave me the impression that it was clean. I had a refrigerator and a microwave and a coffee machine all of the basic things. I usually stay on the upper level and in back. it's very quiet this is not like staying in Milwaukee, no noise of the city. currently there are lot of workers from pipelines and utility companies staying at this hotel. these guys are driving $60,000 pickup trucks. they leave very early in the morning and come back every night. I never heard anyone coming or going. I was on vacation, sleeping in. I never heard them coming or going they were so quiet and polite. To the right buyer this place is for sale. The owners are very particular about who they let stay here and they are very strict about the simple rules. They intend to protect their personal investment. The owners live there and care for much of the hotel themselves. I am sentimental about this place because a hundred years ago my parents were there on their honeymoon! Ha! Burlington is a great town it is changed a lot in the last 60 years but still a great town I enjoy sailing on browns lake. Someday when I retire, I hope to help get the swimming pool at this hotel back open again.! Ha!"
