"Paid $130 for 1 night stay while traveling. The man upfront was "friendly" but with unnecessary side comments. Switched rooms because it smelled like cigarettes as soon as we left the elevator. For $130 a night I expected better condition. The second room smelled like the linen wasn't washed properly. At this point I was so tired I just slept. Definitely would not come back for the price. Not worth it."

"Hot water was out and while the front desk was friendly they didn't even record the issue, despite bringing it to their attention twice. While we were there, there was a fight that had police banging on doors, the entire property smells of weed and the rooms are often uncomfortably humid. I've stayed here a few times in the past and have had okay experiences but with how poorly of a stay the last was it will be the last"

"Pros: affordable, convenient location, nice staff. Attached Chili’s Cons: we had to move rooms almost immediately because of marijuana smoke on our floor. Later, smelled marijuana smoke from our new room. Cigarette burn in linens. Key cards easily malfunctioned/multiple replacements during a 2 night stay. Overall, would say you get what you pay for, not super family friendly for that reason."

"So, my husband and I stay here several times a year while visiting family. This hotel has been a clean and restful place to stay. However, our last stay just before Christmas proved to be very upsetting. Not only was there feces and urine on the toilet seat, which I used the soap and paper to clean, myself, but there were previous guests pubic hairs all over the bath mat and hair in all the corners of the floor, just floating around and settling on everything. I complained to the front desk lady who sent a message to the maid staff. We were so tired when we came back to our room that we just chucked it and slept. The following morning, I once again complained to the very nice front desk lady who sent a maid up to clean it. When we came back to our room, the maid had not cleaned the hairy floor and had gone through our luggage! We always set our bags zippers a certain way so we can clearly see if someone has tampered with them. My next complaint went to the maids manager in staff that day. She came in and cleaned the hairy floor up herself and was appalled at the amount of hair on that floor. As we left the room, the maid was watching us leave, knowing she got caught. She stared me down until my elevator opened. No remorse, just mad she got caught. I have expected to hear from the hotel manager but not a word. Your business is only as good as your employees make it, and they can through you under quickly. Top floor, room 614."

"It was a nice room seemed clean. Carpet could be replaced but with any hotel that is true do to people wearing it out and staining it. Bed was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, biscuit and gravy, sausage, toast, scrambled eggs, yogurt, muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, juice, milk and coffee. And I'm sure I missed something. Staff was there making sure tables were clean and everything was running smoothly. Nice location to walk to dinner several places to chose from."
