"Rooms are small, bathroom is tiny, staff is okay, no pool accessible. Restaurant and parking are way over priced. Modern but not worth it. I left an item in my room and spoke to 2 seperate front desk staff members who failed to help me or follow up with me, including the manager. Overall poor experience. Also, don't expect an upgrade even if you have status."
"I’ve traveled a lot for work in the past couple of years - this was the best hotel we’ve ever stood at. Everyone agreed the rooms were the nicest, food was amazing, and the employees were great. Tina the sales manager and Paul their director of tech made working out of their hotel so seamless. We’ll definitely stay again when in the area."
"Poorly designed. Suite had very little lighting in second room, shower leaked onto floor when upright No place for 2 people to eat in room. Room service brings food in go bags with plastic utensils. No dishes. Had difficulty eating steak. Breakfast was not hot. Asked on.line about extending checkout time. Never got a response. This place is attempting to be somewhat upscale but failing"
"Went with the family for the afternoon to enjoy the amenities at The Chalet rooftop bar area. They have a version of Curling which is basically played on a vinyl surface with plastic "stones" on rollers. The pergolas were cozy with cushioned patio furniture, fire pits, and patio heaters for the cooler days. The at the table bar service was excellent as we never had to search for help when wanting to order food and drink. All in all though it was a very enjoyable afternoon spent with the family!"
"Good location, clean rooms comfortable beds, very nice illy machine pods in each room. Restaurant downstairs is crazy expensive but I recommend booking the rate that includes free breakfast because the food is actually quite good. The pastries are amazing and I’m not just saying amazing for a hotel, but they are genuinely some better pastries (cinnamon roll and the lavender crumble coffee cake). My only issue was the price of parking and the size of the room. We had 4 people in a double queen room and there is like no room between the beds and walls. Nice gym and there is a pool, but don’t see it."
