"Disgusting. Absolutely do not book a room here. Not only did our room have fleas and cockroaches we were told by the front desk to wait an hour until his manager arrived and that he was not able to do anything for us. I ended up leaving it was so bad. Do not waste your money here."

"This is the cheapest room in the St. Charles area and it’s nothing to be proud of. To start, it’s in a sketchy area. Almost passed it up because the building looked abandoned, nothing like the photos online. The lock on the door on the room we got had the screws falling out of it. There is evidence of “landlord special” repair work to many places within the room. Evidence of water damage along the base of the tub. Only stay here if your ballin on a budget and not afraid of a rough environment."

"We were moving and couldn’t get our utilities working until the next day so we got a room here. The room was nasty! Didn’t want to sit on toilet or use the shower! The bedding was stained w holes burnt in them! Would never stay here again and would not recommend!! The “breakfast” was week old muffins that were so hard you could play baseball w them! We drank OJ. Everything about this place was disappointing. It was the epitome of a trap motel in the worst way!!"

"This motel refused to allow my disabled veteran fiance to check into a room reserved for him in my name because I wasn't the one checking in. We have used this motel in the past and never had this problem before. Really rude when I called to tell them it was OK for him to stay there under my name and reservation. Manager hung up on me. Visit was so that he could see his daughters and grandson for Christmas. Will never stay there again and advise everyone to avoid that motel at all costs. Not how you treat a veteran or anyone else. Worst treatment we have ever received. Stay somewhere else!!!!"

"1. As others have said, our original room smelled like smoke. 2. We noticed a cigarette burn in the blanket 3. The toilet seat looked like something you wouldn't want to sit on (Photos attached). We immediately asked for a different room. The front desk clerk said "What have you done? Is there anyone else in your room?" I reminded him that he had just checked us in just a few minutes before. He then conceded and gave us a different room. 4. When I asked for an extra pillow and towels since there was two of us and only two pillows, the front desk clerk said that the laundry was closed and he could not get anymore at the time. I found this odd because all other hotels had no trouble providing extra linens or pillows at any given notice. He said he would get them the next morning, but did not do it. We did notice people smoking not far from right outside of the lobby door, which might partially explain the consistent smell inside of the lobby and halls. Throughout our stay, I also noticed numerous people having to argue with a couple of the front desk clerks. One lady specifically telling one of them "I work in hospitality and know what and how things should be cleaned." We also saw some very seedy-looking people who looked like they might be living there."
