As I was explaining where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do, she discretely took notes. Within 15 minutes, we were discussing details – she already had established a plan, including dates, lodging and transportation. I found it so easy working with Jaime; she took care of every detail and was very patient, re-answering my detailed questions. We knew where we wanted to go, but the 4-week trip thru five European countries was complicated. Thanks to her, everything came off without a hitch.
