"Today I spoke with a woman named Lori about having another extension. She was rude , and went on to question me about my personal business and why I needed another Extension and continued to tell me that they already gave me one as if I wasn’t aware of that. She was rude and questioned me about things SHE AS A RECEPTIONIST Shouldn’t have been questioning me about , due to the fact that she’s not the one who approves or declines my extensions. I then called the corporate office to complain , and that lady was just as rude as the one that I spoke to the first time. Their receptionists are unprofessional and rude ! I’ve heard they have great services , but when the first person you HAVE To speak to is RUDE , that DOES NOT Make you want to continue services with them. The receptionist is suppose to be the nicest person in building due to the fact that they’re your FIRST interaction. Do better!"
"They were of no help.They listed all of the reasons why a landlord can abuse,harass a tenant in MO.Disabled persons have no rights. It made me wonder if they actually assist the landlords."
