"I never leave reviews on companies good or bad, some people have off days. But I genuinely hope this reaches someone who can do something about it. But NEVER in my life have I ever seen someone wearing gloves, going from the register where they just touched money and coming back to handle food while wearing the same gloves. This is not okay as we live in an area where people overdose by simply just touching money. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever personally witnessed and experienced. I walked out the moment she touched my food with her contaminated gloves."
"Food was fresh, was not bad. Buttt you could tell the employees really don't care to work there. I Put in an online order, and they only got half of both sandwiches correct. Missing ingredients and just built in a messy way. Employees were kind and wished me a good evening, but the attention for each sandwiches, seems to be missing"
"There was a newer employee there, i did not get her name, but she did a fantastic job in communicating with me and was a pleasure. all three employees working this afternoon were so kind and had such friendly demeanor. truly made my day!"
"Just visited the Broadway location for the first time in months and even got to meet their new manager. She's a great team leader and working with the employees to get the store well cleaned and organized. I was glad to see the young man making my sandwich was watching to make sure he only used the best looking veggies and not anything browning or drying out. Thank you for a great sandwich, I'll be sure to visit again soon."
"I'll make sure to never eat here again... my boyfriend and I received our sandwiches burnt and smokey tasting(didn't even eat half), called them the next morning because they were closed by the time I was home and nobody answered so I just called the next morning, I tell the lady that answered what was wrong and the lady even responds back that she noticed our food looked a little burnt and that the toaster was smokey. After all that she tells me I can come have my sandwiches replaced and I told her I would just like my money back , she then tells me she has to contact her gm, no big deal but also said she'd contact me back... 5 hours later and I have yet heard from anyone."
