"I was referred to this law firm and began to work with Lu-An York. my accident happened on 2/4. I spoke with Lu no more than 3-5x about my case, she wasn't very helpful. I've called the main office 2-handful amount of times looking for updates regarding my case, updates regarding the insurance status. YES they did help me get treatment and able to see a Dr. but since I'm being completely honest those "Therapy" visits were probably the most basic type of therapy you can imagine. This review is not to talk about the therapy they sent me to though, this is completely about The Salazar Law Firm (respectfully) I received zero call backs from them, I was the one having to reach out to this business and ask for an update/any progress? I was informed that Lu isn't even handling my case. I ask to speak to the person who is in charge (I was told his name is David Salazar) for some reason I wasn't able to speak to him . I spoke on the phone with Noah, he shouldn't be answering calls if he can not handle the person on the other line. He ended up disconnecting the line LOL.
