"Got pulled over today called. Called and said I would be 9 ten minutes late. The girl on the phone said ok then hung up. Got there. The same girl looked at me and said, "I have to ask the doctor if she can fit you in." Typed a little smiled, then told me I would have to re schedule. Ok, that's policy ok would have been to have been told when I called. But ok. Then I asked to have a note for work. It's their policy. She looked at me smiled again and said I can't do that. The girl who answerers the phone didn't try to help me. She let me sit in cry in the lobby till billing could talk to me. The billing department woman found a manager and got me a work note. So a missed appointment didn't put my job at risk. Was told next time if I was running late to ask if the doctor would still have enough time to see me ...... honestly have never been seen at the appointment time once with this practice. Better than the Georgetown branch which I had waited more than once an hour to 45 minutes for a doctor but ok. Think I am about ready to break up with this medical group. Will let you know how the next appointment goes"

"I tust them with my life. I love everyone at this location so much. I would send my mother here. I drive past another office that is closer to my home to have the experience of this office. From administration down everyone has gone out of their way to help me. I love my doctor. I have so many shout outs for excellent service.... everyone l encounter is really on point, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to be around. If anyone uses this to consider raises I have had great experiences with your greeters, receptionists, the ladies who take blood, the nurses, scheduling, all of the staff in the infusion room and even billing."

"I would like to say a great big thank you to Dr. Sheinbein, medical staff, nurses, radiation technicians (Radiation techs are the greatest) and office personnel. I received very informative information from the very first day I walked into the office. Everyone was very eager to make sure I felt comfortable with my treatments and care I was receiving. They were always understanding with any concerns I might have had. Everyone was very up beat and easy to talk too. I honestly don't believe I could have received better care anywhere else. The transit was the only downfall of the entire regimen of the 28 radiation therapy. I just kept telling myself "You have to go where you have to go, do what you have to do and fight this till the last treatment"!! Thank God I was sent to Texas Oncology Seton Williamson Round Rock. God bless the entire staff and bless all of you for the job you do!"
