I had sustained a large amount of damage to my properties and the insurance company was not allowing the money needed to cover all of my repairs, so I hired the Brasher Law Firm and they immediately went to work. They were always available to give me updates and answer any questions involving my case. Nishi was always well prepared in mediation hearings and negotiations for a settlement. It took about 18 months but Nishi was always there working for a settlement. I agreed to a settlement and received the necessary money to make my repairs. I would recommend using the Brasher Law Firm again in cases involving insurance claims in the future."

"I am only giving two stars because my case was eventually settled. All dates are approximate for the purpose of this review. I was subject to major freeze damage (burst pipes) February 2021. I spent about 6 months getting the run around from insurance before seeking the help of attorneys LeMaster & Ahmed. I was then referred to Brasher Law Firm. Brasher sent out an adjuster to document the damage in my home around late summer early spring 2021, however the adjuster submitted his report with incorrect information (unintentionally) ultimately leading to a several month delay. By the beginning of 2022 there was finally some correspondence taking place between Brasher and my insurance company. I asked for Brasher to file suit after the insurance company did not respond to my demand letter. They encouraged me to wait until after mediation. I was then told mediation was scheduled for some time in May and the day before mediation I would speak with my attorney to discuss how things will go. I took time from work for both meetings. So the pre-mediation meeting time arrives, no phone call. After ten minutes I call Brasher law firm and I am informed that my attorney is not available, and mediation has been rescheduled. The person I spoke with took another 10 minutes to discover mediation was rescheduled for late July. I am furious at this time, and ask Brasher to file suit, which they did. July arrives, we have mediation, we settle. The settlement was broken into two checks. I was so excited to finally receive payment after one year and 8 months of waiting, I did not look at the checks very closely. I then sent them off to my mortgage company who had to endorse them before I could deposit them myself. After the mortgage company received the check, I am informed one of the checks has already expired, it was actually well past 120 days old. I reach out to Brasher, inform them of this problem and they very quickly reissue the check. I receive the two checks I originally mailed off to the mortgage company to then learn that the second check had a typo in my name. So now after one year and 8 months (going on 9) I have one expired check and one check with a typo. I can not deposit either one of them. I inform brasher of this and after several weeks of calling every day, I receive the two checks and I am now currently in the process of remodeling my home. Hoping I can spend thanksgiving in my home, with my family, almost two years since the initial incident. Every time I called to find out what was going on, nobody knew anything, everyone had to speak with the attorney, and I never received a follow up call or information without calling multiple times. Brasher settled this case, but not without making me feel like I was just a small profit to be ignored, put on the back burner and strung along."
