"Haven’t gotten work done yet, but so far I’m very pleased with Cali (-I’m hoping that’s her name) she was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Jola seems to be more than capable of getting me to my goals. Everything she pointed out was right on target to what I was seeing. I will update after I get done with starting on my procedures. Update: I have recently been into the spa for a Thermage appointment. Jola and her wonderful trainee (I hate that I can’t remember her name) did a tremendous job. Although I experienced a bit of pain, they were both very attentive to every reaction that I had. I felt cared after, which made the whole process more manageable. It’s only been a short amount of time, so I haven’t seen huge amounts of changes. But my skin did feel immediately softer. I’m hopeful that it will improve more and more as the days go by. The professionalism of these two ladies gave me confidence in the belief the job was done well. So, only time will tell now!"
