"From making the appt to leaving, the experience was wonderful every step of the way. The person who answered the phone when I called was kind and thorough, answering all questions in a not-rushed manner. When I walked in, the salon looked serene, clean, calming and inviting. One of the gals helped my friend and me choose a color and answered our questions. The nail specialists, Katrina and Michelle, did a wonderful job on our nails. We were very pleased with the end result. We both noticed that the tools are clean and new, as they were pulled from a new package. We appreciated the sterile tools. We agreed that we'd both come back."

"First time trying them, and the last. They didn't have the color i chose, so i picked something lighter.. the lady who did my nails didn't seem professional, it was all over the edges, with no-chip its a big no since it lefts after few days.. the materials they were using were not top quality as started fading and chipping after 3 days only!! When i paid she asked for $45 saying their prices went up, but on their website when i booked it, it said $40 which I also didn't like for the quality of service I received"

"I have been to many nail salons and usually go to Coco Nails in Algonquin. I recently moved so I read some reviews on this place and decided to try it out. I went in to get their European Gel Manicure (they don’t do acrylic, which is fine). I got almond shaped nails, a color, and one gem on each finger. The vibe of the place was very relaxing and peaceful. The nail tech I was with did an excellent job taking my old acrylics off- didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. The shape is super cute and she even helped me pick out the right shade of brown for my skin tone. My tech seemed very new at the place as she didn’t know there were even gems available for customers. She struggled a little bit to get the gems on and put the smallest amount of super glue on them. There was no cuticle oil at the end or any lotion to complete the appointment. They looked adorable for the first night, but I woke up and a gem was missing, so I went back in and got it touched up because it was very expensive and I wanted my moneys worth. I went in and she fixed the one nail. Well the next day two more fall off… I tried to save them myself with some super glue but then the next day the same ones plus one more fell off. I’m a little disappointed that the gems weren’t secured on when I went in the second time to get it fixed. Nails didn’t last 3 days before falling apart. It would be a nice place to go to if you don’t want designs, but I will not be returning."

"Went to Forest Nails today for the first time and had a great experience! The ambiance in the lobby is lovely, lots of Dazzle Dry colors to chose from, clean, very comfortable environment and reasonably priced. Bella did a beautiful job on my manicure and I can’t wait to see how long it lasts!!"

"Super cute place with a great aesthetic! You would never guess from he outside but it’s so well decorated and designed on the inside. Very chic. However, I came in to get a gel manicure and I lucked out (sort of) that they had one last opening before they closed. I think my nail tech was rushing or the gel was poor quality because when I left and got in my car, I immediately noticed there were what looked almost like dents in the nails and bubbles as well as missed spots that showed a lack of attention to detail. When I was checking out, my tech asked me if I had cash, which I said no since I didn’t and never carry cash and then when the tip was mentioned, she once again asked if I had cash which is just so so tacky. I’m super bummed because the place itself was so well designed and cute but if I’m going to get my nails done, I don’t want to leave with them looking messed up to begin with."
