"Today I went in around 3:30pm with my sister, I asked for gel acrylics with a design. It looks like a 5 - year old got into white paint and drew all over my acrylics. In the close-up of one of my fingers, you can see my nail is not even glued to the actual acrylic. When I pointed it out to my tech, she put glue on my finger. Not my nail, it did not help. None of the shapes or sizes were even similar. I am so disappointed as I am a first time customer, and will not be returning. As they have 4 stars online. Even my sisters nails did not look good, and when she asked her tech to fix something she would purposely start filing her nail, etc. super roughly. As a way to hurt her, as she got annoyed. I paid $70.00 + tip for this, I expected much better."
