"Terrible. Had the worst closing experience with them. Both the Holland Title company agent, Amber Andrews, and the seller’s agent, Solomon Oppong Antwi, made our first purchase unnecessarily difficult. Both were extremely bad with communication and worked without urgency. There were unpaid payments on the property that were only disclosed a day before the closing date, pushing our closing date a full week out. A month after moving in, we found out that there were Special Assessments from HOA that were not disclosed to us. We’re paying $100 more for monthly HOA fees than were originally informed. 8 months after our purchase, we were notified by our district HOA that Holland Title company didn’t inform them of the resale. We have to pay another HOA that should have been taken care of at closing. Additional review if you’re working with Solomon- they took the fridge from the property despite being on the listing and didn’t provide all the keys. They didn’t clean the place either leaving a bunch of trash in the property."

"Everyone was so friendly and helpful during the sale of my clients home. There were a few last minute issues that arose (at no fault of title) and the escrow officer handled it like a pro and we closed without delay! Most people don’t realize how much behind the scenes work that title does and this company can do it all!!"

"Terrible experience with this title company. Aside from having us wait 2+ hours after arriving to our scheduled closing time, they ordered the wrong warranty plan for us which cost us $300+ after discovering the problem. Tried speaking with the lawyer and the secretary and not only did the person that ordered the warranty lie to me about what was said when she called to order, when I spoke to John he was very rude during the entire conversation, and kept cutting me off and speaking over me during the entire conversation. I would not do business with them ever again as I have found out they like to lie and give you the run around instead of being straight forward. When I suggested they stop ordering warranties as a courtesy to avoid an issue like this his response was “I don’t want to have to have 50+ conversations as to why I’m not doing it”. To me that sounds like a good way to wash your hands off of the problem if something goes wrong."
