You are welcome to visit our facility for a tour during our office hours, and we can even send you pictures of your pets while you are away. "Your pets are always a priority here and I never have to worry about picking them up in poor condition or with unexpected expenses. Ann and team ALWAYS do a fantastic job with our pups and it's further evidenced with the excitement they have once we get there!"
"I’ve usually refrained from leaving reviews of places because I’m a firm believer in you get back what you put in, but when i call to board my dog, who has been thoroughly trained and I spent thousands training, and be told “that breed is built to kill people” really is infuriating. We can understand having a policy of not allowing certain breeds and that you’ve had instances of dogs attacking people, but that secondary comment is disgusting. I would bet money my dog is better trained than most of the dogs those employees own themselves. This dog has been the most loving and playful dog anyone has ever met and is loved by so many of my friends and strangers who have met her in Home Depot. If she can go with me somewhere, she goes. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. Train your staff to leave their nasty opinions to themselves."
"My pup has separation anxiety from us but is always happy to go with one of the employees when it’s time to drop her off! Of course she is ready to come home and pulls them down the hall to get back to us :) We have been overall very happy with Countryside and highly recommend them!"

"My family and I are eternally grateful to Mrs. Anne and her amazing staff at Countryside Pet Resort. After last weeks tornados in Round Rock, we were left with no home and our fur(less) babies in desperate need for a place to stay while we prepared for what is sure to be a long journey ahead.
