We appreciate your patience….you called #3 after 20 minutes I was caller #5 and on and on ..please continue to hold.. we advancing cancer care…there approver 25 drugs and trials, etc…will be right with you, us oncology is ready to assist…DO NOt USE THiIS FAKE “CLINIc”, one call ahead of me, efficiency is critical for blah blah"

"Mr .Lazo . .. I say Mr. Lazo, not Dr. Lazo because doctors care this person does not care about his patient anymore. He seems burned out was all sweating like he was anyway they never answered their phone they say they’re gonna set up appointments for biopsies and they don’t very bad all around, this is exactly why people still go to Houston in San Antonio to get cancer treatment. Don’t say I didn’t warn you people. I feel bad for all the people that work there. If you really love your family members, do not take them here The cancer will spread before you even see Someone"

"So disappointed… Oral Surgeon from San Antonio sent a referral over to them 11/21/23 and here we are 12/26/23 and still have no appointment to see a doctor. Signed paperwork weeks ago and are told they call us in the order they receive them. Absolutely unacceptable. Why don’t they just tell you they can’t see you? After all it’s only Oral Cancer- that’s not dangerous at all. Now I have to see about going somewhere else. My hubby is in severe pain but we only have Tylenol to help some and bleeding over his pillow when he sleeps at night. Disgusting…. I do not recommend them - leave the valley to treat your cancer."

"The staff and doctors are TERRIBLE. They are so unprepared; after my mother got them the medical information they needed the doctor never received/reviewed it so was very unprepared for the appointment with her. They left with more questions than answers. Then when she went for a class to discuss treatment they had the procedure/timeline for the medication wrong, the medication wrong, and already had her scheduled even though her main doctor hadn't approved anything. The doctor was very adamant that they use HIS SURGEON and got upset when they went with a different surgeon. They are condescending and don't care for their patients at all. You're better off going somewhere else."
