"Just too expensive. The vets are great! The staff can work on being a bit friendlier. But I received the same exact service for half the price somewhere else. Which is probably why that place is always empty."

"I took my dog here for end of life care. I knew it was that time as she had been diagnosed with liver cancer. She was having issues walking to the water bowel that day without collapsing. The vet immediately wanted to run test that were just completed and had records for. They took my dog to the back, came out 30 minutes later and told me she was running around in the back. I questioned the vet about this and he guaranteed me she was ok to wait and see the normal vet on Monday. That night I had to watch my dog struggle through the last stages of her life in horror. I could have saved her from this if the vet would have simply listened to my wishes for end of care. Would NEVER take another pet here."

"John and Dr. Wilkins are so welcoming and knowledgeable! The front staff was amazingly sweet too! They saw my puppy as a first vet visit and they went thru everything i should know as a new owner of a small puppy and gave me alot of info for after care. THANK YOU ALL for making my visit smooth and such a great experience with my new baby (: P.S. even she felt so comfortable, she was napping between conversations with the staff lol"

"Do not come here for end-of-life care for your pet! They don’t care about your pets quality of life or you. They won’t even say I’m sorry for your loss when your pet passes away! They’ll send you ads in the mail despite requesting them to stop… We’ve told them we don’t have a pet anymore… It’s not like they get anything out of sending us ads and reminding us of when our dog was suffering… Maybe it’s a passive aggressive jab for taking our family pet somewhere else in the end? Our pet regularly came here for years too. It should not be that hard to stop sending mail ads…"
