"Out of all the other Banfield locations I have been to, this is by far the best one. It’s a bit far from where I live but I don’t mind driving a bit farther in order for my baby dog to get the treatment she deserves. We just had a visit yesterday and they are always friendly and understanding. They were quick with taking care of her visit. I would definitely recommend this location."

"I needed to update my dogs influenza vaccine recently. Our normal vet was unable to receive the normal stock of vaccine so I needed to find a place that had it medicine in stock. I chose Banfield at The 99 in Spring an did a drop off. ( I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN). The drop off. They kept her for 4 plus hrs to give 2 vaccines. Well, one because they forgot the second one I had requested. But since it was adminsted through the nose we were able to correct that. However my dog came out of the store covered in urine and poop all over her back legs. Not her poop either. She had sat in poop. I assume from the crate they kept her in. I didn't make a fuss just went home and bathed her Today I call the store to see if possible to get Hotspot spray or apoquel as she is very itchy and they tell me that the vet that saw my dog a month ago was a " FLOATING" vet so I will have pay for a whole other exam to receive medication. She was seen less than a month ago for a complete exam before they would give any vaccines now they want me to pay for whole other exam for this medication. If you are going to use floating doctors we should be told that it could effect the ability to get proper medication."

"I don't usually post reviews but my experience at this specific Banfield location was so horrific that I am in disbelief. I originally came to this location for the USDA Accredited Veterinarian: Leslie Roberts. I am in the process of exporting my cat and since she is certified in this specific area, I was super happy to use these services. To get your pet to Japan, a FAVN test is required. The test was done in June and I followed up with Leslie via email in July for an update. This email was ignored and I was never sent a copy of my results. In addition to this, she never provided my cat's rabies certificate or initiated any other communication with me (even though she told me she would). I eventually went to a different Banfield location in Indiana to complete the process (which I let Banfield Spring know that I was doing). After calling this location over five times in November, I finally was provided with a digital copy of the FAVN results. A month later, I was told by Japan that the original copy of this result is required and that Leslie should have provided me with this a long time ago. Since then, I have called this Banfield over ten times and was told by the practice manager Amber that it is my fault for not getting the physical copy in November when I reached out (even though the results have been sitting there since July, my emails were never responded to, and I'm not the USDA Accredited Vet). I have asked multiple times to speak with Leslie and she has made no efforts at all to communicate with me. She has not spoken to me since June and the flight to bring my cat to Japan was missed due to this paper not being given to me from July. The practice manager Amber has also been very rude and unsympathetic when I asked for a refund for this super emotional and overwhelming experience. I am out of thousands of dollars in vet fees, missed flights, hotels, etc. I would strongly advise going to a different Banfield location if possible as the one in Indiana has been nothing but amazing and has gone above and beyond for me (they also provided me with paperwork that was needed for the export that Banfield Spring never gave to me)."

"Negative stars if they were an option. Our horrible Banfield experience started at the downtown San Diego Banfield office. We brought up a concerning bump on her ear every couple of weeks for months, and our vet assured us every time that it was nothing. Even after testing it and telling us that it was nothing, we begged for further tests. It was not until 5 months later at Houston Banfield, that we found out it was cancerous. When we signed up our three animals for the Banfield in spring, we were told multiple times that our monthly payments were only $98 by the brown-haired assistant with a brown beard and glasses. My husband checked this every time we went in. And somehow still managed to pay them $6,000 over the course of 4 months. Every time they told us that we “needed” a treatment is the only time we would get treatment. Then a few weeks ago we were told that our account is deficient, and our monthly payment was actually $280 a month. Which is a price we would have never agreed to pay. Not only were we lied to for months, only to be a victim of fraudulent activity and a scam by Banfield, but when my husband brought it up at the front desk, they were very angry with him for not knowing and was scolded by the older lady that works the desk. Even though they were the ones who were lying to us about the price for months. We have records reaching out to Wellness Plan Assistance with Banfield for where they verified that our monthly's were only supposed to be $98 a month. This whole process has been Banfield threatening us and holding us hostage even though we have another pet insurance company now. My husband is a US Veteran who is dying of a head injury/ brain infections, we are already drowning in medical bill debt and we will not be paying Banfield $2,000. The only thing we are willing to pay for is the $300 for our dog’s neutering and that is it. We are more than prepared to go to small claims court to resolve these issues. Regardless, we will never use nor recommend Banfield to anyone ever again."
