"They are excellent at what they do. The guy when you come back to pick up your babies after surgery is perfect for that. He very personable & remember numerous pet names at once to get you put ASAP! Thank you Texas Litter Control"

"Don't get me wrong I love this place and what they do and our rescue has been using them for many many years, although it had been a while since we had needed their services. So I brought a puppy in today to get spayed and immediately just like every other time they were unable to find me and my appointment at first but no big deal.. so we are at 501c3 non-profit charity and so we have always gotten a discount when using these guys and have brought easily over 100 dogs to this place in the past. Well they couldn't find our dog rescues account and would have been no big deal but instead of just saying "I'm sorry we can't do the discount unless we can find the account information" which is fine but then I was dragged along for about 15 minutes and made to feel stupid. Not to mention that I offered to show them the official government papers to prove our 501c3 tax exempt charity status and I could not even get her to look at it much less honor it. I feel like everybody was staring at me as I walked out and it was extremely embarrassing when someone tries to make you look bad - I mean we have four appointments here this week (and that's gonna cost a good little bit) why wouldn't I look for every discount I could get? This is what I do. I'll be more than happy to return my review to 4 or 5 Stars if, when I return the next two times, I'm treated well (discount or not - I won't be anything less than civil and respectful - as I always try to be) I guess we'll see.... well it is almost 2:00 p.m. and I just received a phone call that the 4-month-old dog was too young for them to do the surgery on so she didn't get it. Coincidence?"
