"Friendly and knowledgeable. I wish that the services offered were more complete. For example, if you want to have your pet’s teeth cleaned, a third party provides that service on a periodic basis. I understand that there are probably good reasons to have this arrangement, but it just means you need to be proactive and schedule in advance. Other than this minor nit-pick, we’ve had great service from Grand Westheimer."

"Dr Chung and his staff are like second family to me. They have taken care of my cats for several years. One of my cats had a kidney disease and Dr Chung was able to give me a few more years with him. At the end of my cats life, Dr Chung and his staff were so caring and supportive during that very difficult time. I will never forget that. He personally called me a few days later to check up on me because I was so devastated. How many vets do you know that do that? Arial is his right hand woman and does an amazing job. She is so sweet and caring and I am always happy to see her. She really goes out of her way to help you and your furry family members. I am so lucky to have them!"
