"Regrettably chose this location. After promising to be treated like family, we were met with know it all doctors that seemed to be out for profit instead. They scheduled out c-section a day later than we requested, not because of their availability, but because he thought it best. Our puppies came one day early on a French bulldog litter, and we scrambled to pay $5-10,000 for an emergency c-section. After that, they let us down on multipl more promises that we previously discussed, before we agreed for them to be our veterinarians. We ultimately chose to move to another vet immediately, which we did and are very happy there. After we left, they were vengeful and vindictive in their actions and were nowhere near warranted, even though we wished them well on our way out the door, despite being the bigger person after being treated disrespectfully in person. Shame on this place. You folks can do better than this I promise!"

"Called to get an appointment because my dog was sick. We are a current patient-said they could work him in today for an extra $90 fee today or can be seen tomorrow. That is ridiculous! Apparently money is more important than a dogs illness. Will be changing vets."

"Dr. Hoff and Dr. Joyner are great! We recently moved and needed a vet to care for our pets and I was amazed by the services received. The wait times are not too bad, and the time staff takes to explain things is nice. They will answer any questions you have."

"Castlerock was great when we first started going there, however we’ve decided to part ways. Our pet had a medical issue recently and the lack of communication was incredible. Dr. Hoff was amazing with our dog, but the front desk staff is inept. Constant confusion and miscommunication in recent times. The last straw was when we were called about a balance we might have had with the office. Not thinking we had a balance owed, we requested an itemized receipt to try to see what was going on. The office staff’s response was to forget about the bill as it would cause frustration for both of us. We weren’t frustrated at all. Just wanted to know how we ended up having a balance with them. We would probably go back to Castlerock if the constant issues with unprofessional staff was fixed."

"New shelter dog brought into our home. We went for an initial exam. Castlerock came with good reviews and delivered. Friendly staff, upfront, cares for your pet. Made appropriate recommendations for care and shared test results to help future care. They follow up by phone, text and email to ensure your pet is healthy and happy. Great job! Stella is in good hands with the Castlerock team!"
