"My boyfriend and I have brought our puppy here a couple of times and the staff treat her amazing! She has had an ongoing gland issue that seemingly has not gone away and has progressively gotten worse over the past couple of days, since our last appointment here. My follow up appointment on Monday was canceled by the clinic the morning of stating “there will be no doctor in house due to an emergency”. I rescheduled my appointment for Wednesday 5:15pm. Upon arrival, I was told the doctor is leaving at 5:30pm and will not have time to see her. The options given by staff were to reschedule my appointment again or take her to an emergency vet. The staff here are great, but we are disappointed with the disregard of our time. It is not easy to find time for these appointments. Currently, our dog is in pain, uncomfortable and possibly has ruptured glands. We will be seeking care elsewhere."
"As a first time dog owner, Thrive made the process of getting my new puppy healed in such a quick and timely manner. The staff was awesome and really helped me out. Had to treat my puppy with parvo, so I thought the price was amazing to what I have seen online. My puppy is doing great and really owe it to Thrive! Thank you so much."
