"I called to find out information like office visit cost etc. the “normal” questions you would ask if you were trying to visit a new vet, the girl on the phone was so rude!! Almost like I was bothering her by asking questions… I mean isn’t that her job!! Although their first review on their website is bad I decided to call anyway but quickly figured out they are extremely Rude and Horrible so that person is correct!!! An office is only as good as their front office whether it’s a doctor, layer or veterinary office!! The actual doctors may be great but NO ONE wants to get talked to like they are being a bother!!"
"Okay, I like to be able to give good reviews. Thrive definitely deserves them! My dog has suffered from severe skin allergies for years, so we’ve done everything under the sun. This was the very vet that we went to that actually helped address the issue. They are great about being transparent with pricing and I never feel judged if I can’t afford a particular part of her treatment. Very grateful for affordable pet care for my old girl!"

"We LOVE this location! The staff is extremely kind, caring and super knowledgeable! Our girl loves everyone and is more relaxed here than any other veterinarian she has seen. We always get in on time (sometimes early) and the waiting area/exam rooms are always extremely clean! Always a pleasure to visit with the staff here! They love your babies as much as you do!"
