"Nicole & the entire staff at Lucky Dog genuinely care, with which they treat our dog as good as my family does. They take their time to insure the grooming is done right! Stetson always come back clean, fresh and smelling so good. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable, as Nicole, and staff members are always there with a smile to greet you. Nicole also steps in to help out when needed, which speaks volume when the owner comforts your pup on his first visit, as change of environment can be scary for your pooch, she didn’t hesitate to get involved. We have been back since, and Stetson strolls right in like he owns the place, which makes me so happy, and comfortable that he is in a safe and healthy space where I can trust and rely on the entire team over at Lucky Dog! "OMG!! My dogs finally look like themselves. I’ve been taking my cavachons to Lucky’s for years. Then I moved to Canyon Lake so I switched to a local groomer. BIG MISTAKE. Within one year my dogs were matted and I had to run to the Vet to express their glands. So I quickly booked with Luckys again to fix the problem. My sweet Cavs are BACK! It’s 9 pm and they’re sleeping soundly from their day at the spa. The groomer came out and welcomed them back. Trust me when I say my dogs not only knew her but were so happy to see her. I drove an hour so my dogs could get the treatment they deserve. And it’s 9 pm and they’re both sound asleep from their spa day. I’ll make the hour drive!!! Luckys is so worth it. Your dogs will thank you with their happy expressions when you pick them up from their spa day. Thank you all!!!!"
